Periods 1 and 3 practiced adding & subtracting fractions with like and unlike denominators. We also defined line, point, ray, segment. We will continue with WB 104 on Tuesday.
Periods 2 and 4 practiced differentiating between prisms and pyramids and counting the faces, vertices and edges of a solid shape. Periods 2 and 4 have a WS to complete for homework.
Period 4 also needs to finish WB 114.

Periods 1 and 3: We will be practicing adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators. We will then focus on geometry and measurement skills as we near the PSSA scheduled to begin on Tuesday, March 17.
Periods 2 and 4: We will continue to review a variety of skills in order to sharpen PSSA readiness.
Most of the work in all periods will be completed during class this week.

Periods 2 and 4 will continue with a geometry unit. Students will practice measuring angles and straight lines.
