Social Studies:  Students finished the noteguide from Chapter 3 Lesson 1 - The Maya.
Students also identified Cause and Effect relationships regarding agriculture, permanent settlements and civilizations.

Reading/Language Arts:  Complete RWB page 41

Social Studies:  Quizzes have been returned and the grades are posted.  They do not need to be signed or returned.
Homework:  Complete Regions Map
Directions written and reviewed in class are as follows:
1.  Label each state with its 2 letter abbreviation.  Refer to page R12 (near back of book).
2.  Label a Map Key on the lower right corner of the map.  Indicate a color for each region with a box followed by the region's name.  You may use the same colors from text page 29.  If you choose different colors, make sure that they contrast.
3.  Lightly color the states of each region. Do not color over the printing of the abbreviations.
